TKE is a PCBA factory integrating PCB, SMT, and electronic component agency services, providing high-quality PCB manufacturing, electronic component procurement, SMT processing, and assembly solutions for global customers. Established 15 years ago, we have our own factories in Shenzhen, China, Vietnam, and India. With 34 fully automatic SMT production lines, we achieve an annual turnover of 800 million USD and employ over 1,000 people. We currently have more than 500 ready-made solutions (various sizes) for customers to choose from and secondary development for customers, and the main chip inventory reserves exceed 50 million US dollars.

Our Main Products
We are mainly engaged in PCB manufacturing, electronic component procurement, SMT processing, DIP plug-in, assembly, burning test, three-proof coating and aging test. Currently, our SMT-assembled products include medical equipment, drones, computer servers, intelligent robots, automotive electronics, communication electronics, 5G equipment, AI intelligent vision equipment, etc.

We have passed the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 45001, and other certifications. Our daily output of assembled and tested finished products can reach 60,000-80,000 pcs. We use MES (manufacturing execution system) to trace all processes including material storage, SMT, assembly, testing, IPQC, etc.
